When is an alert a false positive?
Only when the available identity attributes support a defensible exclusion from the listed person or entity. If the evidence is insufficient, the alert remains unresolved rather than automatically false.
What does Wehron need for an initial assessment?
The screening source and date, whether the subject is a person or company, the relevant jurisdiction, the nature of the uncertainty, and the pending decision and deadline. Names, documents and case files should not be sent in the initial contact.
Does Wehron provide legal clearance?
No. Wehron provides a documented factual basis and identifies open points. The legal assessment and resulting decision remain with the client and its advisers.
