What does original-language research add?
It identifies name forms, registry entries, official notices and regional media that may appear in abbreviated or transliterated form in international databases, or may not appear at all. Every source used and remaining limitation is documented.
What role does OSINT play?
OSINT describes the documented method used to assess lawfully accessible sources. The deliverable is a case-specific integrity dossier, not a general data collection or legal clearance.
