The advisory firm or law firm leads the engagement, communications and legal assessment. Wehron undertakes only the research workstream agreed in writing, does not contact research subjects and delivers a traceable factual basis for further use.

Integrity Due Diligence
Reputation, legal and procedural indicators, PEP proximity, source-language media, ownership structure and regional integrity indicators — using passive, lawfully accessible sources.

UBO and control analysis
Ownership chains, time-specific registry positions, source-script spellings, stable identifiers and control indicators are documented up to the reliable factual boundary.

Sanctions exposure research
The stage after a database alert: transliteration variants, identity attributes, ownership and control connections, and evidenced exposure indicators — without a legal conclusion.

Align roles, scope and data flow
Before work begins, the client role, research question, jurisdictions, depth of review, permitted input data, communication route and delivery format are defined in writing.

Review primary sources passively
Wehron reviews lawfully accessible primary sources, source-script spellings, transliteration variants, stable identifiers and registry chains. There are no source inquiries and no contact with research subjects.

Hand over the research workstream with documentation
You receive the defined workstream with its source position, research trail, evidence status, open points and result boundaries for integration into your own case or reporting logic.

How are roles, scope and data flow defined?
Before an engagement, the client role, research question, permitted input data, communication route, delivery format and red lines are agreed in writing. Names, documents and case files should not be included in the initial enquiry.
Can the work be delivered under our name?
The primary model is a neutrally integrable delivery. A white-label arrangement may be agreed contractually for a specific workstream. Engagement leadership, external communications and legal assessment remain with your firm.
Which services deliberately remain outside the scope?
We do not provide interviews, HUMINT, surveillance, e-discovery, forensic evidence preservation, contact with research subjects or full-service intelligence. Wehron delivers the registry and open-source research workstream defined in writing.
